INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO ARRANGE PICK UP VIA MAINFREIGHT(NZ)

- 1.Log into the Mainfreight portal

2. Click Freman NZ
3. Once clicked "Freman NZ" Actions will pop out. Click the drop-down you can see on the Mainfreight 2Home and choose "Returns"
4. Once clicked Returns, the page will be redirected to Create New Consignment
From there, fill in the
- Senders Details.
- Receiver details already in default (warehouse address) no need to fill it in.
- Fill in the Freight Details
- Pick up Instructions
- Delivery Instructions,
- and Choose the Pickup date
- On the Notifications, choose EMAIL and type in the Customers email address
- You may check Consignment Estimates to get the pickup estimates
5. Lastly, click "Save and New".If you want to forward the return consignment to cx, click PRINT PDF
