How to RMA wrong item received

1. Open "RMAgent"

2. Click "Tasks"

3. Click "Delivery Issue"

4. Enter "order ID"

5. Click "Look Up"

6. Choose the "reason" and state the SKU of the wrong item received by Cx

7. Click "Add record"

8. A dialog box will appear, just click "OK"
