EBay Order Diagnose Toolbox

Please follow these steps:

1. Log in to http://admin.crazysales.com.au:8080/EBayDiagnoseWeb/#home (refer to Logins)

2. Go to Sales Record Watcher

3. Set the date From: and To: (range should be maximum of 10 days) and click on Diagnose

4. When the result of the search appears, look for paid orders with Add payment log suggestion

5. Click on it to view
6. Scroll down up to the Payment Information section
7. Select Bank Deposit on the Paid with drop down menu

8. Enter the exact total amount on the next box on the right (not below)
9. Click on Add Payment
10. Scroll down to bottom page and click on Save Changes

11. Wait 5 to 10 minutes for the order to be generated and to appear.
