Parts request

1. Open RMAgent
2. Click "Add New Case"
3. Input the order ID
4. Click "Fill Data"
5. Choose the reason from the "Reason" drop down list
6. Specify the part needed in the "Details" box

Sample:

send 1 x part C

7. Click "Save"
8. Click "OK"
9. Click "Upload Photo" if applicable
10. Click "Reload" or "Refresh"
