1. Reply to customer's inquiry with the Investigation Template taken from Lost (eBay Oz-auction/Crazysales).
- NOTE: Before sending the email to the customer, please make sure that:
- Department is set to AU - Loss Item;
- Ticket Type is set to Courier/Delivery;
- Status is set to New (DO NOT RESOLVE);
- Ticket is assigned to Edmond Pili (ALL AU COURIERS)
