Please accept our apologies for the damage. On occasions and for a variety of reasons, some packaging could be damaged during transit which is outside of our control. With over thousands of items handled daily, it is not possible to track the movement of ordinary individual parcels/cartons as they travel through the postal network. Also, please understand that the product packaging is not covered under warranty. Rest assured we are closely working with our couriers to avoid same damages as much as possible. Kindly check the status of the actual item. In case the product was damaged due to this issue, please don’t hesitate to contact us for further assistance.

Please accept our apologies for the damage sustained by your parcel during international transit. As part of the customs clearance process, packages are occasionally opened and inspected to comply with regulations. Unfortunately, this inspection can sometimes lead to damage to the packaging itself. This is beyond our control. Also, please understand that the product packaging is not covered under warranty. However, we would like to offer you a $5 compensation as a gesture of goodwill. Please advise if you accept this offer so we can process the partial refund without further delays.
