*Recipient Name Issue

This error usually happens when:
- Recipient name contains invalid characters
- Recipient name is too long exceeding 30 characters
- Recipient name is blank
Procedures:
- Remove invalid character/s as possible. Change symbols into words like "/" into "or" and "&" to "and".
- For names too long, get only the important name and place the other information into the Address 2 bar. Example: If the buyer adds some notes to the recipient name like: "Daniel Skehan STAFF PLEASE DO PM DELIVERY ONLY". Get "Daniel Skehan STAFF" as recipient name and put "PLEASE DO PM DELIVERY ONLY" as the address 2.
- For blank recipients, contact buyer and ask for recipient name.
