(eBay) order cancellation to get FVF

Cancel the order in eBay backend. This process needs to be done to ALL Ebay orders wherein Change of Mind, Warranty Claims and Ordered by Mistake is observed in the case.

         If no "Cancel Order" option, cancel the order here >> http://res.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?CreateDispute&DisputeReason=2&guest=1

If customer disagrees to cancel the order

For cases that customer does not respond to the request within 7 days, we can still cancel order on our end and get the FVF through resolution center >> http://res.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ResolutionCenter&p=Last30Days&cf=17

Step 1: Click this >>

Step 2: Click "Take Action"

Step 3: Click "Continue" and choose "I want to end communication with the buyer."

Step 4: Click "Close case"
