Responding to Notifications - Harvey Norman

1. Login and check notifications in The Edge. Click the notification bell, then click 'Orders with unresponded comments'
2. Click on the order to view
3. Scroll to the bottom page to see the comments in the Activity section
4. Check the concern and respond accordingly. Select 'Others' on the Comment type, insert your reply, and click 'Save Changes' to submit.
5. Log notes on CS Backend
