• Check stocks first

• If there are enough stocks, send the below template

• Awaiting reply is the ticket status

• Once cx replied, message Sandy Deng to create a special listing and reply back to the customer that we have asked the listing team to create the requested listing, please allow us 24-48 hours for it to be provided

• Once Sandy Deng provided the listing, email the customer and advise them to place the order ASAP as another customer has access to the special listing and might purchase it.
