In addition, you may create your personal note to the driver on a piece of paper. Make sure to write clear instructions as to where to leave the parcel, put your name and signature on it and do not forget to include your consignment number xxxxxxx. Please place the note on your front door or on a visible area so that the driver will be able to see it and do what you instructed. Hope this helps.
