In some cases, account would not be able to provide a refund due to a case is open but warrant a refund to the customer. This article is provides steps on how to refund customer using eBay case, when the PayPal is unable to do so because of eBay case is open and proceed to refund customer to avoid the delay caused of asking customer to close the case and process the refund.
1. Open the Ticket
