1. Get eBay user ID
2. Go to eBay backend
3. Choose "buyer ID" from the drop down list
4. Enter the buyer ID
5. Click Search

6. Choose "Cancel order" from the drop down list

7. Choose appropriate reason
8. Click "Continue"

9. Click "Send Refund"

10. Cancel the order at the backend, if the item is not yet dispatched.

11. Click on 'Add Refund Request'

12. Check related 'SKU#'
13. Input 'Refund Qty', 'Refund Amount', 'Reason' and 'TicketID'
14. Choose 'PayPal, at the 'Refund to' section
15. Input customer's 'Email account' in the 'Account' section
16. Click 'Submit this Refund Request' and confirm.


SUGGESTED TEMPLATE:

We have sent through a request on eBay for you to cancel the order for this item. Kindly reply to that request to confirm the cancellation. Just go to Resolution Center on your eBay account to confirm the cancellation. Once confirmed, you will receive a full refund automatically.
