Michael has added something new to the system event list since the postage charge of some eBay orders sometimes cannot cover the postage cost in some situation. e.g. addresses with a PO Box.

Since the Australia Post doesn't accept the PO Box address, we have to ship orders with PO Box address via Toll. Which means sometimes we charge eParcel's postage, but have to ship it out using Toll when the system discovers the address issue.

That's the reason why we wanted to keep this kind of orders on hold, and ask the customer to provide a physical address instead.

How does this new adjustment work?

If the system detects that the postage get cannot cover the postage use for addresses with PO Box. It will keep the order on hold----system event case

What you need to do:
1) Contact customer for a physical address
2) Recalculate the postage based on the physical address provided by customer, charge/refund the difference
