- At the Seller Center page, click on Products and select Product reviews.
- Scroll up and look for reviews with 1, 2 or 3 stars. Then, click on the product name to view the listing page of that specific product.
- At the listing page, click on the store logo next to Sold by.
- You will be redirected to the store page (OZ-AUSWAY). Click on Reviews and sort by Most recent
- Look for the specific product with the 1, 2, or 3-star rating. Take note of the name or the first and last letters of the username as well as the comments if there is any
- Go back to the Product reviews page and copy the SKU ID.
- Go back to the Seller Center page, click on Orders and select Manage orders. Then search for orders using the SKU ID.
- All the orders with the same SKU ID will show. Look for the order with matching name or username initials. Once found, click on the Temu Order ID to view the order details.
- At the order details page, get the Temu Order ID to search the order in CS Backend. You may also add the CS Order ID on the Seller notes section for future reference. *Click on the message icon next to the Contact buyer to send message to the customer.
- At the Contact buyer page, select Product Operation/After-sales Guidance as your Reason for contact. Enter your message to the customer and click Preview.
- Review your message and click OK to send your message.
- When logging notes in CS Backend, you can use the link of the message or simply use the Temu Order ID so that it would be easier to locate the message if you need to send a followup or an update.
- Due to Temu policy, we can only send up to 3 proactive messages.
- Once the issue is resolved, ask the buyer to change or update their review.
- Manually check the review to confirm if it has been updated by the buyer.
