Update for item FEK-996

Customers from both NZ and AU said missing fixing bars, actually, there is no fixing bar, (old user manual), so we need to explain the item doesn't have fixing bars.

NOTE: ABOVE Picture is the new one and the BELOW Picture is the old one

Above is the updated version , the below one is old version. Part marked are both called fixing bars, but different.

1. Make sure cable is properly plugged into the DC 5V slot, and on/off switch is turned on.
2. Sensor can only detect object moving right in front it within 1m range.
3. Some models will have slower reaction and move a few seconds after sensor is triggered.

4. they leave a calling card if no one rcvd the item and do re-delivery, but 2nd re-delivery has a charge
5. allow cx to leave ATL note
