- Cancel the order in eBay backend.
If no "Cancel Order" option, cancel the order here >> http://res.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?CreateDispute&DisputeReason=2&guest=1
- If customer disagrees to cancel the order

- For cases that customer does not respond to the request within 7 days, we can still cancel order on our end and get the FVF through resolution center >> http://res.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ResolutionCenter&p=Last30Days&cf=17
Step 2: Click "Take Action"
Step 3: Click "Continue" and choose "I want to end communication with the buyer."
Step 4: Click "Close case"
