Normally, our courier requires that the proof of delivery be signed by the recipient upon delivery. Your package is to be delivered by ECOM via a courier to a residential address, and if no one is available to sign for the parcel, our 3rd party courier will check if the item is safe to be left at the door. If the 3rd party courier deemed it not safe to leave at the door, then a card with contact information will be left. You can then contact ECOM to arrange for a second delivery.

- Toll-EIZ (GOPAK)
Normally, our courier requires that the proof of delivery be signed by the recipient upon delivery. Your package is to be delivered by Toll IPEC to a residential address, and if no one is available to sign for the parcel, our 3rd party courier will check if the item is safe to be left at the door. If the 3rd party courier deemed it not safe to leave at the door, then a card with contact information will be left. You can then contact Toll IPEC to arrange for a second delivery.
