1. Get eBay ID
2. Go to eBay Backend
3. Choose Buyer username from the drop down list, enter the buyer ID, and lick Search
4. Click Send Invoice
NOTE: If the Send Invoice button is not shown, click the drop down menu arrow and click on Resend Invoice.
5. Double check the postage first by going to the item's listing (you may click the item description on the invoice).
6. After getting the correct postage, get back to the Send Invoice page. Select Standard Delivery from the Postage and handling drop down menu and input the correct postage cost next to it.
7. Scroll down and click on Preview
8. Review all details, to change some details, click on Make changes; to send the invoice, click on Send
