1. Get eBay ID
2. Go to eBay backend at >> http://k2b-bulk.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?SalesRecordConsole&searchField=BuyerId&message=&guest=1¤tPage=SCSold&searchValues=jane&guest=1
2. Choose "Buyer Username", enter buyer ID at the space provided then click "Search"
3. Click drop down arrow and choose "Contact Buyer"
