For orders that are just dispatched and still no tracking update on courier's website:

Thank you for reaching out about updating your shipping address. We understand how important this is and will do everything possible to assist you.

Upon checking, your order has already been dispatched. While we cannot guarantee changes at this stage (as the item may already be in transit with the courier), we've urgently escalated your request to our dispatch team. They will work directly with the courier to attempt the address modification.

For dispatched orders that already have tracking updates on courier's website

Unfortunately, at this stage, we can no longer change your shipping address. Also, we are unable to cancel orders once you have made payment. After an order has been paid, it is sent to our warehouse where our automated dispatch process begins and we are unable to interrupt this process.
