Unable to cancel due to order being exported for label printing or sent (Contact Purchaser)

Hi xxx,

Thank you for contacting us.

We understand that you want to have this order cancelled. We have forwarded your request to our dispatch team to process the cancellation because this order is already dispatched. Please note that it is not always guaranteed that the cancellation is successful processed as we are unable to cancel an order once the parcel is already in transit with the courier. Please allow us 24 to 48 hours for an update. We will get back to as soon as we receive one.
