If the Instock or Ebay Listing is Zero or Negative, the system will not allow you update the address or process the order or resend an order in the RMA.
If you encounter this issue, please contact WAREHOUSE to confirm the Real Stock Level.
You may ask warehouse staff to adjust the stock or release the reserved stock or ask eBay team to transfer eBay stock.
Once the stock is updated, you should be able to update the address and/or the order status or create a resend order.
If the Instock, Reserved and eBay stock are 0, please confirm first with warehouse if the item is really out of stock.

2. Sandy Deng (eBay) - If eBay Listing is Negative
3. Jonas Meng (IT) - If you cannot update the order after fixing the address and stock
