- B. Create an email subject Order # xxxxxxxx
- C. Use this template: On Hold orders
- D. Send the email as Unassigned (Owner), Orders (Type) and Awaiting reply / Resolved (Status).
- E. Do not forget your ticket notes.
2. For eBay (via Lark GC):
- A. Use the following format when sending a request via GC:

- UserID:
- ItemID:
- (TR) eBay Order#
- Refund Amount:
- Refund Qty:
- Request: Please cancel, refund and send message below:
