1. Ask the buyer to copy the link of the item from their PC if link is available and send it via chat. If the link is not yet available, ask the buyer to go to https://www.crazysales.com.au/contact-us?recoveraid= and get back to us with the Request ID (the last numbers after the dash - symbol) or the whole link with Request ID at the end.
2. If the buyer sends the whole link from their PC, just click it or go to that link. If only the request ID is provided, add the numbers at the end of the link https://www.crazysales.com.au/contact-us?recoveraid= and go to that link.
- For example, if the Request ID is 1027 then go to https://www.crazysales.com.au/contact-us?recoveraid=1027
5. Proceed to placing an order.
NOTES:
- If the cannot provide or refused to get the Request ID, use 111 and go to https://www.crazysales.com.au/contact-us?recoveraid=111 before placing an order.
- Request ID is valid only for 30 minutes otherwise need to repeat.
