  • In compliance to our client's mandate to minimize the volume of inessential returns of non-resalable goods in our warehouse we have to ensure we asked for proof and have an approval before proceeding with the return.
  • We have to strictly follow our Change of Mind Policy that parcels should be unopened/sealed. See Change of mind - AU for processes & templates.
