1. Open The Edge and check Notifications or search for the order itself.
2. If there is a pending Cancellation Request, it must appear on the order.
3. For orders that are not yet dispatched, simply click on ACCEPT CANCELLATION and the order will be cancelled.
4. After accepting the cancellation, Cancellation Acknowledged would appear on the Order status.
5. Cancel order in CS Backend and add a refund request. See How to Process Refund for Harvey Norman Order
NOTE: For this case, there is no need to send a credit note.
