Steps on how to resize photos:
1. After downloading the photo, open it's file folder
2. Right click on the file, and select 'Open with' and select 'Photos'
3. On the top of the picture, click the 3 dots (See more) or right click and select 'Resize image'
4. Adjust the image quality/dimensions to make the new file size less than 2MB and click on 'Save'.
