- TIG/Toll IPEC
Normally, our courier requires that the proof of delivery be signed by the recipient upon delivery. Your package is to be delivered by EcomFreight via a courier to a residential address, and if no one is available to sign for the parcel, our 3rd party courier will check if the item is safe to be left at the door. If the 3rd party courier deemed it not safe to leave at the door, then a card with contact information will be left. You can then contact EcomFreight to arrange for a second delivery.
Should you need further assistance, you may contact TIG at 1300 005 545.

- Australia Post (Safe Drop)
Please note that normally, our courier requires that the proof of delivery be signed by the recipient upon delivery. However, if there's no one home and our courier concluded that there's a safe place in the premises for them to leave the parcel, they will leave it there and take a photo as proof that it was delivered safely, which we can download in our end. If there's no safe place, they will leave a card as they would normally do - and take the parcel to a nearby post office for collection.
