PROCESS:
- For TIG/ECOM returns (via Hunter Express), the CSPH agent who is handling the case will be the one to request a pick up with ECOM who will arrange it with Hunter Express.
- To request a pick up with ECOM, the template below needs to be emailed through to ECOM custserv@ecomfreight.com.au (please CC escalations@limei-trading.com). Please see the detailed process at How to request pickup with ECOM.
- ECOM staff will then give our customer a call to arrange the collection & will email the paperwork through to them for collection.
- Once confirmed, CSPH agent will receive a reply back on the pickup request that will advise the date that collection has been booked for, along with the paperwork attached for our reference.
- To ensure pickup requests are all handled on a timely manner, CSPH agent should also log the request on the pickup form: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSfvxTXpSMP9Q93zdVcxaAHtwLuON1saX_BkHiubg8gfMOefyw/viewform
