For Order Verification:
- CSR needs to call the customer.
- CSR needs to verify email address and shipping address.
- Then CSR will declare total amount of order and customer needs agree with the amount.
- Once done, set the order to processing and finish the system event.
Backend Notes:
- Phone verification done with [customer]
Verbatim:
- Hi! Good XXXX, this is [CSR Name]. I am looking for [customer].
- Once the customer answers: Hi [customer], good XXXX, this is [CSR Name] from CRAZYSALES order verification. We need to verify your order of [item/s] as we usually do this for orders $500 and above for your security and to avoid fraudulent purchases. Is it okay?
Customer agrees.....
- Can you provide the email address registered on file?
- How about your complete shipping address?
- Verify the order amount with the customer...
- Provide ETA
Voice Mail:
- Hi, this is [CSR] from CRAZYSALES order verification. If you have any time please call us back at 03 91115708. Thank you!
