This is a list of orders generated everyday by WINIT. The list shows the number of successful and unsuccessful orders WINIT has processed.
Procedures:
- Step 1.Login to UK Backend: http://admin.globaloutlet.co.uk/admin.php?dpt
- Step 2.Go to the "Shipping" tab:
- Step 3.Review the "Successful created". The green color represents to order with successfully created dispatched order and red represents those which failed to create dispatch orders:
- Step 4.View the list of orders by clicking on "View Details":
- Step 5.View the order by clicking on the order ID, then check the error. Get the information needed.
- Step 6.Once you get the correct information needed, to process the order click on "View Details".
It will bring you to a page where you can edit/change information. Click "Update Shipping Info" once done editing.
- Step 7.Then click on "Create WINIT order" once done. Please note to click this option only when you are done correcting the information.
- Step 8.Finish the system event on our backend. Also, it it very important to place a note on the backend for important changes done with the order for future references.
