1. Open RMAgent
2. Click "Add New Case"
3. Choose "Request" from "Case Type" drop down list
4. Input the order ID
5. Click "Fill Data"
6. Choose the reason from the "Reason" drop down list. Refer to RMA Reasons to avoid selecting the wrong reason
7. Specify the part needed in the "Details" box
Sample:
send 1 x part C
8. Click "Save"
9. Click "OK"
10. Click "Upload Photo" if applicable
11. Click "Reload" or "Refresh"
