- Choose AWAITING-REPLY if customer is using a personal email address and you are waiting customer to respond to your email.
- Choose IN PROGRESS if you still need to do something else like updates or follow-ups
- Choose RESOLVED if you replied via Kayako for all eBay emails and resolved issues or inquiries (when replying to a personal email address)
