How to find Catch order in the backend?

1. Order Status

- provide order status based from our backend
- same process with Crazysales

2. Cancel Order

- can only cancel pending or paid order which are neither yet label printed nor sent
- all sent orders will fall under our 30 Day Change of Mind policy, refunds will be item price only, return fees must be shouldered by buyers

3. Tracking info

- same process with Crazysales
- check details at the backend and use templates from Crazysales

4. Change Of Mind

- follow the policy
- return fees must be shouldered by the buyer
- refunds will be item price only via original mode of payment (money not points)
