For all items, we choose the cheapest postage to save from postage fees. Our Crazysales postage calculator provides the cheapest courier we can use for every item based on buyer's postcode and suburb. For P.O. Box and Parcel Locker addresses, since only the Australia Post can post items to these address, once our system detects this kind of address, it will put the order On Hold and you have to manually check to see if the order needs a physical/residential address.
Because only the Australia Post can post items to P.O. Box and Parcel Locker addresses, the system may automatically change the courier from Toll IPEC or Fastway into eParcel/Australia Post and this will cause us to pay an expensive postage fee. To avoid this, we must check the postage calculator in Crazysales and confirm if the courier is Australia Post or not.
If the courier provided in the Crazysales postage calculator is Australia Post, just process the order and finish the system event. There is no need for a physical/residential address. However, if the courier is Toll IPEC or Fastway, we must ask the buyer to provide us a physical/residential address from the buyer.
Once the required address is provided, just change it in the order and the system will automatically change the courier to the cheapest one.
