2. Ask the buyer to scroll down the page and click on Contact Us

3. Ask the buyer for the Request ID (the last numbers after the dash - symbol)

4. Add the numbers at the end of the link https://www.crazysales.com.au/contact-us?recoveraid= and go to that link.

For example, if the Request ID is 1027 then go to https://www.crazysales.com.au/contact-us?recoveraid=1027

5. Proceed to placing an order.
