1. Ask the buyer to go to https://www.crazysales.com.au/ page
2. Ask the buyer to scroll down the page and click on Contact Us
3. Ask the buyer for the Request ID (the last numbers after the dash - symbol)
4. Add the numbers at the end of the link https://www.crazysales.com.au/contact-us?recoveraid= and go to it.
- For example, if the Request ID is 1027 then go to https://www.crazysales.com.au/contact-us?recoveraid=1027
5. Proceed to placing an order.
NOTE: If the cannot provide or refused to get the Request ID, use 111 and go to https://www.crazysales.com.au/contact-us?recoveraid=111 before placing an order.
