1. Get the Order ID or Buyer ID or Full Name or Phone Number, or Email address
2. Go to http://admin.globaloutlet.co.uk/admin.php?dpt=custord
3. Search for order using any information from step 1
NOTE: In some cases, our backend is not reliable because sometimes it is not updated. To make sure you provide a correct order status to the customer follow the steps below:
- For drop-ship items (SKU starts with DS), check with Cathy Wu
- For non drop-ship items, check order status in WINIT:
- a. Copy the dispatch order number (not our Order ID)
- b. Go to http://www.winit.com.cn/Manage/index.php?s=/WarehouseOutbound/index
- c. Search for the "Order number" using the copied dispatch order.
