For Change of Mind cases, an item must be return in its original packaging, unopened and in resalable condition. If the buyer already opened the package, advise the buyer to pack it back into its its original packaging and make sure all the parts and accessories are included. The following are the conditions listed on our store policy for Change of Mind:
- If buyer changed mind after receiving an item, we provide a return service that 30 days refund and buyer pays the return postage. Under the Distance Selling Regulations (DSR), buyer hsd a statutory duty throughout the period of cancellation, to retain possession of the goods that have been delivered and take reasonable care of them.
- If buyer cancels the contract under the Distance Selling Regulations, buyer must return the goods to us at buyer's own expense. Buyer must take reasonable care to ensure that we receive the goods and the goods are not damaged in transit.
