If the buyer accepted your partial refund offer, this means that it will be automatically refunded via PayPal.
What to do:
1. At the backend, click on 'Add Refund Request'
2. Check related 'SKU#'
3. Input 'Refund Qty', 'Refund Amount', 'Reason', and 'TicketID'
4. Choose 'PayPal,' at the 'Refund to' section
5. Input customer's 'Email account' in the 'Account' section
6. Click 'Submit this Refund Request' and confirm.
