- a. Choose Offer Full Refund or Refund the buyer
- b. At the backend, click on 'Add Refund Request'
- c. Check related 'SKU#'
- d. Input 'Refund Qty', 'Refund Amount', 'Reason', and 'TicketID'
- e. Choose 'PayPal,' at the 'Refund to' section
- f. Input customer's 'Email account' in the 'Account' section
- g. Click 'Submit this Refund Request' and confirm.
