c. Check related 'SKU#'
d. Input 'Refund Qty', 'Refund Amount', 'Reason', and 'TicketID'
e. Choose 'PayPal,' at the 'Refund to' section
f. Input customer's 'Email account' in the 'Account' section
g. Click 'Submit this Refund Request' and confirm.
