If the buyer accepted your full refund offer, this means that it will be automatically refunded via PayPal.
What to do:
- a. At the backend, click on 'Add Refund Request'
- b. Check related 'SKU#'
- c. Input 'Refund Qty', 'Refund Amount', 'Reason', and 'TicketID'
- d. Choose 'PayPal,' at the 'Refund to' section
- e. Input customer's 'Email account' in the 'Account' section
- f. Click 'Submit this Refund Request' and confirm.
