1. Get eBay user ID
2. Go to eBay backend > http://k2b-bulk.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?SalesRecordConsole&searchField=BuyerId&message=&guest=1&currentPage=SCSold&searchValues=jane&guest=1
3. Choose "buyer ID" from the drop down list

4. Enter the buyer ID
5. Click Search

6. Choose "Cancel order" from the drop down list

7. Choose "The buyer asked to cancel the order, or there's an issue with buyer's address" from the drop down list
