For invalid postcode:

• Go to: **Shipping fee not right (Invalid Postcode)

Suggested Template: *2. Postcode Not Supported for Delivery

For incorrect postcode:

• For eBay orders, go to eBay backend and search using the buyer ID. Copy the nominated Suburb and go to Australia Post Postcode Finder: http://auspost.com.au/postcode. Search for the correct postcode. If after changing the postcode on out backend, the total amount changed, go to http://106.75.199.24/mediawiki/index.php?title=*Paid_Amount_Doesn%27t_Match_(Shortfall/Extra_Payment)

• For Crazysales orders, copy the nominated Suburb and go to Australia Post Postcode Finder: http://auspost.com.au/postcode. Search for the correct postcode. If after changing the postcode on out backend, the total amount changed, go to http://106.75.199.24/mediawiki/index.php?title=*Paid_Amount_Doesn%27t_Match_(Shortfall/Extra_Payment)

• Other option: Check address via Google Map.

Reminders: 

1. Remember to check if the total amount will changes after an address is provided. Process refund for extra  payment 
   or ask for additional   payment if there is a shortfall.     
2. Please note that the postcode is very important to be correct to avoid delivery issue due to wrong address. It is 
   always better to ask the buyer directly if the address is confusing.
