  • If yes, inform customer that we cannot cancel the order.

Sorry for the problem encountered. For your information, we are unable to change/add items once an order has been generated. And we are unable to cancel orders once you have made payment. After an order has been paid, it is sent to our warehouse where our automated dispatch process begins and we are unable to interrupt this process.

We encourage all customers to check their order quantity and items before completing checkout to avoid any disappointment due to the wrong order being placed. Thank you for your attention.

However, since we offer 30 Day Change of Mind policy, if you do not want to keep the product, you can get it returned for item price refund.
