If the item is usable or has minor damage, offer compensation > if customer refused to take the offer > process refund or send replacement depending on the availability of the item.
3. Item is greater than $60 but not wood product
If the item is usable or has minor damage, offer compensation > if customer refused to take the offer > provide return details then offer refund or replacement.

Check if customer can get the item checked locally and get repair quotation - if the price is reasonable, shoulder repair cost.
