If the item is usable or has minor damage, offer compensation. If customer refused to take the offer, process refund or send replacement depending on the availability of the item.
3. Item is greater than $60 but not wood product
If the item is usable or has minor damage, offer compensation. If customer refused to take the offer, provide return details then offer refund or replacement.
