Drop-Ship items need to be returned if:
        
1. Buyer wants refund due to Change of Mind or Not as Described Case
2. Package has missing parts and needs replacement
           
  
Send return procedures based on the kind of case.

NOTE: Returns are limited only for some important cases. As long as possible, we do not allow returns for drop-ship items as the supplier 
      is not cooperative enough to replace or refund.
