Follow these steps if you are filing for a Voluntary Time Off (VTO) or Leave of Absence (LOA) if you no longer have a leave balance left. These type of leaves are unpaid.


1. Go to Leave111.png

2. Select Leave222.png

3. Select WMle1.png












4. Choose Personal Leave VTOlsar1.png


5. Set date/s and check leave duration Leave555.png


6. Provide reason or details of your leave VTOreakaik1.png


7. Add colleagues to be notified of your leave Leave7777.png

NOTE:

  • Do not remove Xenia Shao and Zoey Zhou as they need to be always included.


8. Click Leave888.png



PLEASE NOTE:

  • When requesting for a 1-day leave, the Start Time and End Time should be the same date.
  • Do not forget to add your LOB-mates at the CC section and do not remove Xenia Shao and Zoey Zhou as they need to be always included.
  • SOP: Filing for Vacation Leave must be at least 5 days prior to the planned date of leave.
